Guest Management

  • From 10–15% per booking (commission on nightly rate)
  • Includes all guest messaging, check-in instructions, emergency queries, and reviews

Cleaning & Linen

  • Standard turnover clean: from £50–£70 per visit
  • Premium deep clean: from £90–£120 per visit
  • Linen hire & laundry: from £12–£18 per guest stay

Restocking Essentials

  • From £20 per restock visit, plus cost of items (toiletries, tea/coffee, welcome packs etc.)
  • Custom restocking levels (weekly, monthly or per guest)

Property Inspections & Maintenance Checks

  • From £25 per scheduled visit
  • Emergency call-outs priced separately
